With My velcom you can:
- update information about your SIM - your current plan, active services, your PIN and PUK codes, etc.;
- control your expences - check your balance and remaining allowance, see call details records and charges, get an invoice to youe e-mail;
- operate services and change your plan;
- recharge your balance and reserve payment if you run out of money;
- require settings for you phone;
- give feedback;
- manage all numbers that are registered to you (if you have service “Supervisor”)
After login at my.velcom.by the following options are open:
- Get information about your number;
- Manage services, packages and plan;
- See detailed reports, get an invoice, pay for the services;
- Register an Erroneous Payment;
- Require settings;
- Give settings.
- All actions in My velcom are considered made personally by a customer in accordance with the Agreement. If your password is disclosed or you lost your SIM, please go to a velcom center to disconect My velcom and avoid unauthorized access to personal information.
- All customers have a default access to My velcom since December 21, 2010.
You can activate the My velcom:
Step 1: send USSD *141*3*6#call key;
Step 2: in reply send PUK1;
Step 3: log in at my.velcom.by;
velcom team can help you to log in:
- call to inquiry service 411 (you'll need to provide an access code),
- in velcom centers (you'll need to provide your passport).
You can activate “Supervisor” in velcom centers (you'll need to provide your passport).
Prices for goods and services are indicated in Belarusian rubles (BYN) inclusive of VAT.
