Tariff Offers
The TP “Manager”
and “Manager+”
are worked out especially for representatives of small- and
medium-sized enterprises. Among the advantages:
- calls to colleagues are 0* roubles per minute;
- depending on tariff plans 50 or 150 minutes within velcom
network are included in the subscription fee;
- possibility to connect employees as residentials;
- the special service of "Director's package" for the TP
"Manager+" subscribers.
*Outgoing calls in a closed users group are included in the
subscription fee
The subscribers of the TP "Manager+" can enable the service "Director's package".
This service provides much more minutes included in the monthly fee and
the discount for international calls.
For connection to the TP "Manager" or "Manager+" visit velcom
sales and
service centres. Connections to the above tariff plans are made upon
the application
from a legal entity and a copy of state registration certificate signed
and
sealed by the company. The application is to be presented only once.
Further,
the employees of the same enterprise applying for connection to the
above TP
present the copy of the state registration certificate of the legal
entity.
The service "Director’s package" is a
possibility to receive/use the additional minutes, and a discount for
international calls as well. The service is available to all "Manager
+" subscribers.
The following packages are given within this service:
- "On-net" – 1000 minutes of outgoing
calls within velcom network (except for the calls to the special
numbers) and the 10 % discount for international calls;
- "National" – 1000 minutes of
outgoing calls within velcom network, 200 minutes of outgoing calls to
other networks in Belarus (except for the international roaming,
international calls and the calls to the special numbers), and the 10 %
discount for international calls.
You may choose any of the offered packages.
One can connect/disconnect the packages:
- by means of the USSD-menu *141*6 # and a call key (only for
physical persons);
- by means of the Internet Customer Care Service at https://internet.velcom.by
(in case the subscriber has this service activated;
- at velcom sales and service centres.
Attention! The subscribers –
legal entities – may order the service "Director’s
package"
only by a written application or by means of the Internet Customer Care
Service (you should have Administrator’s rights).
The activation is performed within 24 hours
from the moment of the package ordered by a subscriber. The same
package can be used only once a month.
The billing increment for the minutes included in the monthly
fee is per second after the first minute of connection.
The billing increment for the outgoing
minutes over included in the service "Director’s package" is
in
accordance with the subscriber’s tariff plan.
The monthly fee for the service is charged off from the subscriber’s account once the service is activated. The payment for the first month of the service usage will be charged in whole irrespectively of the date of the service activation. The next months of the service usage the monthly fee is charged off during the billing period and can be checked in the invoice for telecommunications services.
The deactivation of the service is not
charged. When pausing or blocking the subscriber for more than 1 month
the payment for the service usage is charged off on the day of the
services reactivation and only for the current month.

The subscription fee is 23 482 roubles for the package "On-net", 42 362
roubles for the package "National" (without taxes).

Closed User Group (CUG)
Closed User Group (CUG) is a special service for corporate clients which allows to unite subscriber numbers of your employees into one group using velcom corporate tariff plans.
The advantages of the service are as follows:
- charge-free calls of employees to each other within the CUG;
- the service is rendered by default without any additional applications;
- the service is available to users of any corporate tariff plans;
- physical persons connected to Manager and Manager + tariff plans can become a member of the CUG as well.
The subscription fee and payment for the service connection are not charged. Changes within the group are made without any charges.
Who is able to make use of the service
The service is available to all corporate clients of the company.
Team service is now offered new and improved. With Team service, your employees who pay for telecommunication services on their own will receive 1,000 free minutes of outgoing calls within the company’s closed user group monthly. Subscribers of velcom corporate tariff plans as well can call all Team users free of charge.
Advantages for a company from Team service:

High-Speed Mobile Internet
High-Speed Mobile Internet is an Internet access service with 3G speed (up to 3.1 Mbit/s) by means of the high speed modem working on EV-DO technology. The service is available within cdma network coverage*. It is possible to check up whether the service is available to you on the coverage map.
*In all regional and more than 20 district centres of Belarus.

Who is able to make use of the service
The service is rendered to all velcom clients.
How does it work
For work with the service you should use a stationary computer or a laptop and a modem which supports EV-DO technology.
When activating the service you are given a special R-UIM card which is used in a modem. The modem connected to the computer installs the necessary software and the user interface automatically. After that for connection to the Internet you just need to use Connect button.
Variants of the service use:
- A corporate solution is a modem-router for work in the office + an individual mobile modem with the USB-interface for trips across the Republic;
- An individual solution is an individual mobile modem with the USB-interface.

A modem-router for work in the office
Axesstel MV410 is a fixed wireless modem which is also a Wi-Fi-router. It provides high-speed wireless data reception with the speed of up to 3.1 Mbit/s and data transfer with the speed of up to 1.8 Mbit/s within CDMA 450MHz 1x EV-DO Rev.0 and Rev. A networks. Except USB-port and 4 Ethernet-ports a slot for the external aerial connection is provided. The modem is also equipped with a battery for off-line operation.

An individual mobile USB-modem for trips across the country
Cmotech CNU680, the high-speed USB-modem, is based on Qualcomm MSM6800, the newest processor, and is capable to work in off-line operation within CDMA 450MHz 1x EV-DO Rev.0 and Rev. A networks with the speed of up to 3.1 Mbit/s. It has two receiving and one transmitting channels which allow working more effectively in the conditions of city building. It is equipped with a slot for the external aerial connection. The embedded memory is 15 Mb (contains drivers and the user interface which are installed automatically). The USB slot is designed in the form of a hinge which allows choosing the most convenient position of the modem when working or during transportations.
Options for purchase of USB-modem*:
- single payment purchase – 499,000 roubles
- installment purchase with down payment in the amount of 199,000 roubles, monthly payment in the amount of 25,000 roubles
- modem rent, rent charge amounts to 10,000 roubles per month. Minimum term of lease is 12 months.

* The SF is charged off from the personal account of the client by indivisible sum on the basis of pre-payment during 24 hours from the moment of the service activation. Charge-off of the SF for each next month is made on the basis of pre-payment by indivisible sum in the period of formation of an accounting month invoice and is shown in it.

The way of payment for Company’s services
The company offers two variants of a payment procedure for telecommunication services to clients being legal entities.
Without prepayment: payment is made by the client postpaid according to the invoices made out by the company for telecommunication services rendered last month.
It is offered to clients upon the contract conclusion (a new contract or re-execution), except for legal entities with the forms of ownership as follows: individual entrepreneur (IE) and unitary enterprise (PUE).
Clients who have already worked with the company can also make use of the postpaid service and pay for the services upon their rendering on the basis of a written application of a standard form.
With prepayment: telecommunication services are rendered to the client on the basis of prepayment.
It is offered upon connection to legal entities with the forms of ownership as follows: IE and PUE. These clients can make use of the postpaid service being clients of the company for 3 months and more and having stable payment discipline (observance of the terms of payment of invoices). Transferring to the postpaid service can be effected automatically upon initiative of the company or at will of the client on the basis of a written application of a standard form.
A client being a legal entity can change a procedure of payments from “without prepayment” to “with prepayment” on the basis of a written application of a standard form.

An opportunity to pay for the services by means of a PDOPA (payment demand order with preliminary acceptance) is available to legal entities with any payment procedure.
How to become a corporate client
Legal entities of any type of ownership can
become a velcom corporate client. To sign a new contract for service
rendering or acquisition of a telephone set it is necessary to complete
the

inform you on the availability of the order, place and time of its
receipt.
